| About Me: Thanks for visiting! I'm Harold Hill, musician, singer, songwriter, film maker, country music enthusiast, and - what about this - DHS Club Executive Director! I am also husband to Linda and daddy to Cheyenne, who is 9 years old and beautiful inside and out (just like her mom!). I used to travel the country for a couple of decades, making music with my band and then solo for a while, moving to Nashville along the way, to be close to the music/entertainment industry and a part of Music City, USA. I have been fishing almost everywhere I've been - catch & release trophies - and I've made some pretty good music in some interesting places. I still love to travel, but I do when I choose now, and not because I have to. My life continues to be fun and and every day is an adventure. TIME plus MONEY equals FREEDOM! I am excited about visiting Europe again this year - and the Caribbean - again - while taking my family to some places we've never been. Italy is booked for May 2008! Who would have thought this could happen worldwide by starting a homebased business? I am now working toward expanding in the Nashville area, as we continue to visit places where our network is experiencing growth. How did you find out about The DHS Club? I moved to Nashville to be a part of country music, and found myself gone from the city 6 months a year to earn a living playing on the road where the better money was. After a number of years of that, I chose to stay in Nashville. Why? I got married and my wife and I started talking about having a baby. I worked a few labor jobs, hoping to replace my income through an online opportunity of some kind - heaven knows there are plenty out there - a large portion of them that don't work. When I was still a "starving artist" I had started working online. Through some interesting circumstances of actually being introduced at random, my sponsor and I (we became friends right away) were in another business together online in 1997 (that subsequently failed), and, though we didn't make much money, we made SOME, so I came to trust him. When the business we were in was going south, he had been looking elsewhere and told me me about this new and exciting idea that had become a business opportunity, I had to check it out, and I got to know Dick Burke. Little did I know that because of my sponsor and Dick Burke this musician/entertainer -- who needed a residual ongoing income (the baby had arrived) - was about to become very successful with a home based business and create a little part of network marketing history with the beginning of the DHS Club online. After all these years, my DHS Club business is still a lot of fun and still growing. I have many opportunities for travel and have already been to Europe several times. I still make music - mostly country music - in Music City and a number of opportunities have expanded for me in that area, too, with the help of my income from my DHS Club success. With my successful home based business, I could finally afford to produce the CD I had always wanted to record, and we did that in 2003. Many more dreams have come true since. From musician to Executive Director, it has been a delightful, smiley kinda thrill ride all the way! What were your initial concerns about upgrading your membership to become a VIP Member? I didn't have any, as I had seen other ideas and I knew this was a winner! How did you overcome those concerns to upgrade and become a VIP Member? Upgrading was a no brainer to me. I could shop online, spend less for what I already buy and build a business with others who want to save money and make money. I became a student of the business, I got pretty good at it, and, and even now I still work to become a good leader. Upgrading to VIP as opposed to overcoming adversity and meeting challenges I have encountered is another matter. Being a good student and being successful as well teaches one to do that. There is power in strong belief. The opportunities for business growth and learning and leadership have always been inviting for me in this outstanding business opportunity because we have a really good product that serves people in the marketplace. Becoming successful and then doing what it takes to be a good steward of the success we achieve requires that we undergo some measure of personal growth, and a strong part of our training is about taking on leadership THROUGH personal growth. The end result of my belief and action in the DHS Club is that I get to say honest and humble prayers of thanks every day that I found this business that has changed my life in so many positive ways. It was just what I needed - when I needed it! What do you like about The DHS Club? I truly enjoy all the aspects of our business we have come to create over these last few years. The company is run by a good guy. Dick Burke is a leader of leaders. He is also committed, as he has created all the training for our business, retaining everything good about building a network and doing away with all the MLM garbage. That is quite an accomplishment in itself. My own success is proof that it works! What's your vision on how you're going to help your future VIP Members succeed? I have been fortunate to have sponsored some fine VIPs so far on my journey to the Ambassadors Club, one of the highest achievements with our business. Most have become very good friends in the process. Through my counsel with them and Dick Burke - he himself a leader of leaders - I see our business growing and changing and becoming better and better for generations. The thing I seem to do best is share the vision we've developed over the years, and I have acquired the habit of seeing what can be as well as delighting in the moment with what we have created so far. Sharing this idea with those who are truly interested has become a part of my own constitution. It does stand to reason that if a hillbilly country music artist like me (living in the Nashville area) can grow this business opportunity through the United States and then into Europe and beyond, think what you can do with YOUR homebased business. Anything is possible. The DHS Club is a great financial vehicle, and because of that, I have something working for me besides me! |
