My name is Michael Dunagan. I was born in Grand Rapids Minnesota but grew up in the Los Angeles area. My wife and I moved back to Grand Rapids, Minnesota in 1983. I own my own business, DCR Communications, Inc. We are Licensed Technology System Contractors. DCR is a Merchant Affiliate with the DHS Club and can be found in the Offline Merchant Directory at the Clubshop Mall Shopping site.
How did you find out about ClubShop Rewards?
My wife actually found the Club. For our business, we were looking for additional ways to offer substantial value to our customers and becoming a Merchant affiliate was an ideal way to do so. We have an additional advertising venue and are instantly part of a customer loyalty program since we can give free memberships and Clubrewards cards to our customers and they are able to earn reward points when shopping with us. There is also a great Business Opportunity and Merchant Opportunity since we can also earn additional income when our customers shop at other participating stores on or off line.
What were your initial concerns about upgrading your membership to become a Partner?
As a Business owner with Business expenses, I felt the initial $49.95 was very reasonable. The $25 per month fee is also reasonable when viewed as an advertising venue. Think about it. Here we are in Grand Rapids, Minnesota giving away Free memberships so that our customers can save money and earn reward points simply by offering the Clubrewards card and developing Customer Loyalty at the same time.
How did you overcome those concerns to upgrade and become a Partner?
We had already researched the DHS Club and found that their track record was impeccable. We see this as a great way to increase our customer base while giving our customers added value. Everyone seems to have some type of Customer Loyalty program these days and the DHS Club has given small town merchants like ourselves here in Grand Rapids, Minnesota a unique Business Opportunity, a way to have additional income ourselves and offer reward points to our customers as well. A win win situation.
What do you like about ClubShop Rewards?
I like the Longevity and Honesty of the Company. I really like being able to give away Free memberships. As a Merchant Affiliate, there are benefits, for those looking for a Business Opportunity, there are benefits and for those who simply want to shop, there are benefits. Something for everyone here and the Club is international.
What's your vision on how you're going to help your future Partner Membership succeed?
Truthfully, my wife and I are both VIP's. I focus my full time energies on our Communications Business and when she isn't wearing the many hats required to run our business, she has her focus on building our DHS Club business. She attends the annual convention and works closely with our team, always helping others to achieve success as her coaches before her are doing with her.
