About Me:
Ceferino, was born and raised on the island of Bonaire, located in the southern part of the Caribbean, just of the north coast of Venezuela. He is number 6 in the line of in total 7 brothers and 3 sisters.
In September 1969 he co-founded a political party on the island, and was elected at the party's convention as General Secretary. From 1978 till 1981 he was elected by popular votes as a member of the Island Council, and was elected by mentioned Island Council as Commissioner of Tourism, Traffic & Communication, Public Works and Finance.
After 12 years of being active in politics on the island, he quit politics, but was appointed as Deputy Lieutenant Governor for a period of 1 year, and in virtue hereof held positions as Head of the Police Force, chairman of the Island Council, and chairman of the Executive Council.
In March 1994 he was appointed as Investigating Magistrate at the Court of Justice on the island; he occupied this position till September 2006.
He also held the position as Head of the Social Security Bank on the island for 20 years.

On the island of Bonaire he is better known as Victor, his second name, and he has hobbies too like anyone else, and his hobby's are reading and playing classical guitar.
He loves to travel and has visited places in Europe like Holland, Belgium (Antwerp), Spain and Germany. In the Caribbean he visited places like St. Maarten, Statia, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Aruba, in South America: Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador, in the USA: New York, New Jersey, Long Island, Las Vegas, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando.

"Social security" was his major job in all the mentioned positions that he has occupied, "social security" was his background and he loved that job. Now that he is retired he has a small consulting business at home, helping people starting their own business. It is not about the money, but just for helping people, in the sense that you don't have to give them everyday a fish, but you have to teach them how to fish, i.e. to teach them to manage their own business and doing there own administration.

From the first moment – in the fist week of December 2007 – that my "up-liner" Mrs. Glenda Sintiago, started her introduction of the DHS Club to me, and continued, at that same moment, explaining to me the progressive part through the trainings, and showing me the VIP Control Center with all the possibilities of learning and training, be active and growing, the shopping malls (participating merchants) etc. etc., I knew and I was convinced that this is the right business I was always looking for, a proliferating business that will keep growing and never goes bankrupt. What were your initial concerns about upgrading your membership to become a VIP Member?
I actually had no problem with upgrading.I believe in the power of the will, that if you will, you can accomplish anything too, your dreams will come through, because where there is a will, there is a way. Knowledge has always been of very great value to me, because knowledge of things will be the guide to open the door that has to be opened. We have to think and walk straight ahead, and persevere in our aims, because one moment of doubt, can be detrimental to our hopes.

How did you overcome those concerns to upgrade and become a VIP Member?
If I have 1% of concern to upgrade and become a VIP Member, I have to say in this respect, that I have learned a lot from my father, and I have been trained on the job with him, and he convinced me that we all can perform all kind of tasks and be dexterous in every way; he turned me into a self-made man, and I overcome anything that might help me to push forward.

What do you like about The DHS Club?
