The ClubShop Online Mall is owned and operated by the Discount Home Shoppers Club and was officially formed and incorporated in Englewood, Florida, USA in June of 1997 by its founder and CEO, Dick Burke. The Club's first office was located in a small apartment over Dick's garage in Englewood, where Dick worked many hours researching, developing and improving his innovative, original idea of using the power of the Internet to create a unique, international "buyer's club" offering free memberships, to create real group buying power, while enabling consumers to shop conveniently, save money and earn cash rebates and rewards from their purchases from offline and online stores.

In May 2002, The DHS Club released and test marketed an offline shopping rewards program, using the ClubRewards Card with participating Merchant stores, so that DHS Club Members can save money and earn Reward Points on their offline purchases with restaurants, grocery stores, florists, salons, car repair shops and many other types of merchants and stores around the world.

The ClubShop Online Shopping Mall now offers convenient, online shopping at over 1000 online stores, where DHS Club Members can earn Club Reward Points on all of their purchases.
